Will I have my own station or am I sharing?

Everyone works through the full process individually — no shared stations unless you are booking the class for two. You'll leave knowing you can actually do this in your own kitchen.

What is your return policy?

For any of our jams, mustards, or sauces, reach out within 14 days if there's ever an issue with what you received — we want you happy with what you're bringing home. Class spots follow our separate cancellation policy above.

Do I get to take anything home?

Yes — you'll leave with what you made, plus the recipe and confidence to make it again on your own.

Do you offer international shipping?

No we ship in the United States only. We charge a flat rate on most items for shipping. Pretzels can only ship within a 2 day window and requires an additional change for Dry Ice shipment.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We get it — plans change. Our policy is that you're responsible for finding someone to fill your spot if you can't make it. Once you do, just let us know and we'll get them set up in your place.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

Let us know ahead of time and we'll do our best to work with you. Some classes are easier to adapt than others, so the earlier you tell us, the better we can help.

Do I need any experience to take a class?

Not at all. Our classes are built for real people, not professional chefs. We walk you through everything step-by-step, so whether it's your first time in a kitchen or your fiftieth, you'll leave with skills you can actually use.

What should I bring to class?

We provide everything you need — ingredients, tools, and instruction. You should bring an Apron, containers to take home leftovers and some customers bring a sheet pan to take home HOT containers.

How many people are in the class?

Some classes can be as small as 4 but max out at 8.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location, but typically take 3-5 business days for domestic orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we may be able to make changes.

So much fun

Sharon’s classes are always fun and informative. She always has little nuggets of information. Ive taken many classes from her and The thing I like best is the hands on format vs a demonstration. The classes are small so she can give individual attention. It’s nice to meet other people and learn from their experiences too. My friend and I have several more classes scheduled this fall. I wasn’t really interested in sourdough, but I signed up because my friend wanted to go. I’m glad I did. It’s one of my favorite classes - heck they’re all my favorite classes. It’s a little far to go from Fredericksburg, but well worth it.

Sourdough Is Better After Working With Sharon

Great hands on class. Great to see process from start and at the same time work with my own starter and introduce one change for a side by side experience.

Cooking with Kids!

What a great experience! 2 consecutive days separately with grandsons, ages 9 and 7. They were so excited and the experience did not disappoint! Sharon is a wonderful instructor, providing direction and suggestions, still allowing the boys room for creativity. The facility is clean and organized, staff is welcoming, and kids are talking about our next visit!

Thank you so much for sharing this — it means a lot to hear the boys were excited both days and that the experience matched it. Watching kids find their own creativity within a little guidance is one of my favorite parts of teaching, so I'm glad that came through. Can't wait to see them back in the kitchen soon!
