Best Cooking School

I have taken several classes at Culinary by Hobby Hill. I can’t believe how much I’ve learned and how much I enjoy myself with all of the good people who are in the classes. Sharon is a top-notch instructor and business owner. She makes each person feel special and I love her humor. Take a class and you won’t be able to stop.

Awesome classes

I’ve taken several classes from Sharon. They have all been fun and she had a wealth of knowledge that she shares in each class. My favorite as of late has been the mozzarella class. I didn’t care for store bought mozzarella, but I was curious about how it was made. I can say I’m now a fan of the mozzarella was soooo yummy.

Kolache and Klobasnek Class

Do yourself a delicious favor by signing up for this class. You’ll receive “double points” from your family. One dough but 2 applications: a savory and a sweet version covers your baking needs perfectly under Sharon’s class direction.
My husband has benefited from the two classes I’ve taken so far from Sharon and even asked me, “What class will you take next?” I think that’s a very positive review for Culinary by Hobby Hill Farm ☺️

Gluten free cinnamon buns

This is my 3rd class with Sharon, and my favorite. We made the best gluten free cinnamon buns ever! They were so good my husband couldn’t tell they were gluten free! I will definitely be making them again, and again!!! Unfortunately I don’t have a picture because we ate them before I remembered. So Good! Sharon explains everything really well, and replies quickly to emails after with any follow up questions.

Sushi class

My daughter and I took the sushi class and really enjoyed it. We have taken other classes and feel that the classes are beginner friendly and Sharon does a great job making sure we are all included and the children are getting the hands on experience and information needed to be successful at home
