This class was birthday gift for our 24 year old twins. They loved it! Very fast paced and we it was fun to finish the cheese making process at home for fermentation. All turned out delicious and we got to share with our neighbors. Sharon is the best! She is welcoming, thorough, and made the class stress free. We drove nearly 2 hours for the class and it was well worth the time! Yes, we will definitely want to participate in another class…the cinnamon buns sounds deliciously appealing! Thanks Sharon!
