This past weekend we made countless dozens of Cinnamon Rolls. I just wish I could have this for our Pretzels as it is DIVINE! I love a good cream cheese frosting on my cinnamon buns, my carrot cakes and my apple spice breads. I have been thinking of a way to offer this with our pretzels.
Mustard is not just for hot dogs. This a great recipe for our Gourmet Pretzels. Add this to your favorite smoked-cured meats and consider it a home-run. Balanced earthy flavor with a touch of sweetness plus caramelized onions and peppers.
My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this class. It’s always fun to take a cooking class with family.

Hands on class was fun and very helpful. I’m an experienced baker and had tried GF bread many times and failed.
