Across the Pond: A British Baking Experience

Join us for a hands-on British baking experience where you and your cooking partner will create three classic comfort dishes from scratch — working side by side at your own station (and yes, your hands will get a little floury).

In this 2.5–3 hour class, you’ll prepare:

🍴 Cornish Pasties
Learn to make this traditional savory hand pie with a flaky pastry shell and a hearty filling of seasoned beef, potatoes, and vegetables. We’ll practice proper crimping so they seal beautifully — no filling escapes allowed.

🥐 Sausage Rolls
Create authentic British sausage rolls with golden puff pastry wrapped around savory sausage filling. You’ll learn shaping and scoring techniques for that crisp, golden finish — the kind that makes people hover near the oven.

🍮 Sticky Toffee Pudding
Finish with this classic dessert — a moist date sponge topped with warm toffee sauce made from scratch. Rich, cozy, and very hard to stop at one bite.

This is a fully hands-on class with guided instruction throughout. All ingredients and equipment are provided, and you’ll work side by side at your own shared station.

You’ll enjoy your creations together during class, and we recommend bringing containers to take any extras home (though leftovers are never guaranteed).
