What you'll make:

  • Layer and crisp up Triopita — a golden, flaky cheese-filled pastry that's savory in all the right ways
  • Fry up a batch of Kolokithokeftedes — Greek zucchini fritters packed with fresh herbs and feta, with a satisfying crunch on the outside and tender center
  • Finish with Galaktoboureko — a honey-soaked custard pastry that might be the best thing you've never heard of
