In this class, you'll:
- Bread and fry golden coconut shrimp with a crackly panko-coconut crust
- Whisk together a sweet & spicy dipping sauce with Thai chili and orange preserves
- Build a fragrant white fish coconut curry from scratch — sautéing onion, garlic, ginger, and Thai yellow curry paste before nestling in tender cod
- Simmer it all in rich coconut milk until the fish flakes perfectly, then serve it over rice
- Scoop, bake, and shape classic coconut macaroons until golden
- Dip your macaroons in melted chocolate for that bakery-case finish
