In this class, you'll:
- Layer and work with phyllo dough to build a perfectly crispy spanakopita filled with spinach, feta, and ricotta
- Mix, rest, and roll out fresh pita dough and cook it until it puffs up right before your eyes
- Build baklava layer by layer and drench it in honey syrup the way it's meant to be done
- Learn how the three dishes come together as a cohesive Mediterranean meal
- Sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor with your fellow classmates
