Such a practical and delicious class! I had a blast learning how to make my own cottage cheese and mascarpone. Plus I know what’s in these two cheeses…and especially what’s NOT in them. I love the fact that I can control the ingredients in what I prepare.

Sharon has a wealth of knowledge to share and her teaching style is so very approachable. I have never left one of her classes feeling confused or rushed and this class was just as informative as I had hoped for.

This class definitely exceeded my expectations. I anticipated a wealth of information with a class on 5 soft cheeses and Sharon certainly opened a “new door” of knowledge for me. Cheese making has always interested me and I jumped at the opportunity to learn the practical application of 5 items I consistently cook or bake with in my kitchen.

I absolutely loved this sourdough bread-making class! Sharon made the process easy to understand and was so patient and encouraging. What really stood out to me was that her help didn’t end when the class was over. She made herself available afterward to answer questions and help me along the way as I continued making sourdough at home.
