- Build a from-scratch spiced tourtiere filling with plant-based "beef" and mashed potato, seasoned with a warming blend of cinnamon, clove, and thyme
- Roll and crimp a flaky, all-butter (dairy-free) pie crust into a golden, hand-sealed pie
- Mix, shape, and fry your own Beaver Tails dough — Canada's beloved fair-food treat
- Brush your fresh-fried dough with a warm maple glaze and finish it off with a sugar dusting
