Fun and educational experience, with multiple delicious outcomes (dishes). Highly recommended. We'll be back!
I really enjoyed the Cinnamon Buns class. The instructor was fun and easy to follow. The buns were delicious!
Fantastic sourdough class. Clear instruction, super knowledgeable teacher, and tons of practical tips I could use immediately. I walked in unsure of some aspects and walked out more confident — and my bread has never looked better. Highly recommend. Thank you Sharon!
We loved making hot fresh cinnamon buns! My husband and I both took the class so we had a double batch! We dropped half of our buns off to the hard working nurses at my mom’s nursing home. What a treat!
What can I say? I've lost count of how many classes I've taken with Sharon. I already considered myself a decent cook/baker. Over the past few years Sharon has not only elevated my skill level and knowledge, she has opened doors to new cultures and taught us recipes and techniques that I thought were out of reach. Do yourself a favor and book a class with her! I promise you'll get more out of it than just a seriously happy belly 😋

Had a great time, instructions were easy to follow, instructor was engaging and kept everything moving
Really enjoyed the mozzarella and pizza making class! The owner is amazing! Highly recommend!
My husband had an upcoming birthday and I knew this class was for him as much as it was for me. And GRACIOUS, was this a great add on gift for him. I really scored some points with these pastries.
Don’t hesitate to sign up for this class! Sharon goes beyond providing the foundational skills that will yield delicious cream puffs and eclairs, she gives you the confidence to pull out the pots and pans and deliver a solo repeat performance.
Such a practical and delicious class! I had a blast learning how to make my own cottage cheese and mascarpone. Plus I know what’s in these two cheeses…and especially what’s NOT in them. I love the fact that I can control the ingredients in what I prepare.
Sharon has a wealth of knowledge to share and her teaching style is so very approachable. I have never left one of her classes feeling confused or rushed and this class was just as informative as I had hoped for.
