This is a per person fee.  This class is so much more than making cheese.

Wine is available by the bottle and we offer Red or White. Our suggested favorite for this class is Veritas Vineyards - Monticello Chardonnay.

Fun date night

We really enjoyed this class not only for the benefits of learning how to make mozzarella, but the unique experience as a date night made it even more enjoyable. It was very well organized, even for those with limited kitchen experience. Teacher was super friendly.

Fantastic Night!

This was the first class that my husband and I attended! It surpassed our expectations! Sharon was warm, friendly, and enthusiastic in sharing her passion of cooking! Everything was beautifully laid out. After we prepared our mozzarella and pizza, we enjoyed a lovely meal together, then left with kits to replicate the meal at home!

Fun and informative with an excellent teacher,

I had never considered attempting to make cheese. This class was fun and I actually made edible mozzarella! You should try it!
