Mozzarella is a universal cheese that is perfect alone, delicious with tomatoes, basil and balsamic or as a topping to Pizza. I love Mozzarella melted over zita pasta with Meatballs. Mozzarella Cheese making classes are so POPULAR that we teach these classes multiple times a week. Before we start the cheese making we will start our pizza dough from scratch. No pre-made doughs here and after our cheese is made then we will make, bake and enjoy our pizza. I can't wait!!

I’m always amazed that we’ll actually finish two foods within two hours, but we did. Sharon is so prepared that we made 30-minute mozzarella and then made a pizza to take home. 🍕
