Springtime always gets me in the mood for fresh herbs to come and fresh ideas for what to use them with. It seems a natural pairing for herbs and soft cheeses together, but how many times have you made that simple cheese spread or caprese' salad and didn’t add herbs to the mix?
The directions were easy to understand, questions answered, and the macaroons were delicious 😋

We had a lot of fun in this class and the time passes quickly. Our falafel, hummus & pita made great lunch leftovers! I would definitely do another class.
My husband and I had a great time with Sharon. Everything was so organized and efficient. Even time to write down notes and ask questions for what else you could do and add. These cinnamon rolls were DEVINE!! We will be back for another class.
