The best gluten free pizza crust i have ever had. The class was fun and educational but the puzza we ate inclass was delicious…we were all so excited to top it with fresh herbs and homemade pesto.
The zabaione was freshing and light, and the garlic knots were so delish too.
Great class to learn a lot, have fun, and eat what you learned to make. Ten out of ten!!
This class is a must for anyone that is, or knows someone, on a gluten free diet! The class is so much fun and Sharon does a great job guiding you throughout the process and sharing tips along the way. At the end you get to enjoy a freshly baked cinnamon bun and bring your homemade buns home to bake when you’re ready. These cinnamon buns are delicious, I’ve already made another batch on my own since attending class a few weeks ago! No one will ever know they are gluten free!
I have taken many classes with Sharon. She is an incredible teacher, very knowledgeable, truly cares about her students and will help you after the class is over. I have had many questions a few days later and she was quick to answer my email. She puts you at ease the minute you walk through the door and leave feeling like you’ve been best friends for many years.
I went to this not really knowing what to expect and the class exceeded any expectations anyone could have.
Sharon is so patient and works with each individual as is they are the only one there, yet conveying the message to everyone.
The class was not only a learning experience but wonderful community experience.
