Date

There’s something about tomatoes at their peak that just feels like summer.

Join us for a hands-on class where we take fresh, beautiful tomatoes and turn them into three completely different experiences — from fresh and vibrant to slow-simmered and deeply comforting.

This class is all about understanding how one ingredient can transform depending on how you treat it.

We’ll start by creating a bright, flavorful Bruschetta — learning how to balance acidity, freshness, and texture so every bite feels alive. Then we’ll shift into preserving that same flavor by making a rich, slow-simmered Marinara Sauce that you’ll jar and take home.

And because no tomato experience is complete without a little fun, we’ll finish by crafting bold, savory Bloody Marys — layered with fresh ingredients and built to your taste (with or without alcohol).

This is the kind of class that teaches you more than recipes — it teaches you how to cook with the season.
