This isn’t your typical jam-making class. Most store-bought (and even traditional homemade) jams rely on large amounts of sugar to set properly. In this class, you’ll learn a smarter, more flexible method using Pomona's Universal Pectin — a game-changing pectin that uses calcium instead of sugar to create the perfect set.

In this hands-on class, you’ll:

🍑 Learn how to make a tender, olive oil–rich focaccia topped with fresh, juicy peaches
🍑 Master the basics of hot water bath canning for safe, shelf-stable jam
🍑 Discover how to use Pomona’s Pectin to create low-sugar, flavor-forward preserves

You’ll leave with your own beautifully jarred Peach Jam and a warm piece of focaccia to enjoy (or share… if you’re feeling generous 😉).

What to bring:

The products you are taking home will be warm so bring a hand towel and box for the jars of jam and Focaccia Bread. Class will run 2.5 -3 hours based on how quickly you can get into the canning pot.
