Holiday Bread Baking Class - Pannetone & Challah

I always look forward to the holidays with the cooler weather and the holiday spirit.  I am fortunate to have a Bakery so I have access to so many wonderful foods to suggest to Holiday Gift Givers. My first choice is a loaf of Challah or a delicious Panettone.

Not sure what these items are?  Let me explain.

Pannetone : A rich brioche bread filled with raisins and candied fruit. The origin is Milan, Italy. 

Challah : Egg Rich Yeast Levened Bread that is usually braided prior to baking.

The two bread a both soft in interior and are both made with yeast.
