French Macarons

I surprised my wife by taking this class and it was really amazing and fun. The teacher really made it enjoyable and easy to follow. Very attentive to making sure you are doing things correctly with giving advice. I’ll be taking this class and others again for sure! Most importantly, they turned out and tasted wonderful

I had tried making macarons several times on my own and never could get the cute “feet”. Sharon made it easy to follow and succeed. I made the most professional looking macarons and had fun while doing it. Sharon has a gift for teaching and obviously loves what she does!

I love baking but have been intimidated by macarons for a long time. The teacher was very helpful in explaining each step and guiding me through the process. I’m quite pleased with the result and just pulled a batch of macarons out of my oven at home!

Highly recommend the classes at Hobby Hill Farm! Had a blast learning how to make macarons! Also they were delicious!

I recently had the pleasure of taking a macaron class at Hobby Hill Farms, Sharon had everything set up so nice and organized. The class was so informative and I never knew there were so many steps to making a macron, we had a great time in the class everyone learned so much, the Macarons and the fillings were delicious. They are very delicate and well worth it. Thank you once again Sharon for all your hard work.

This is my second class. I've enjoyed both and plan to take others. I would like it better if the instructor has more help because both times I felt like she wasn't always able to check our progress because students got to certain points of the process at different times.

The macaron class was so much fun. I can’t believe we made amazing macarons and learned so much in 2 hours. I’ll be back.

There are special techniques to French Macaroons you wouldn’t learn without having this class. They turned out beautifully.
