We loved making hot fresh cinnamon buns! My husband and I both took the class so we had a double batch! We dropped half of our buns off to the hard working nurses at my mom’s nursing home. What a treat!
What can I say? I've lost count of how many classes I've taken with Sharon. I already considered myself a decent cook/baker. Over the past few years Sharon has not only elevated my skill level and knowledge, she has opened doors to new cultures and taught us recipes and techniques that I thought were out of reach. Do yourself a favor and book a class with her! I promise you'll get more out of it than just a seriously happy belly 😋
Our class was so informative and fun, and our allergies were meticulously noted and avoided. The cinnamon rolls we made were divine. Thank you so much for an awesome Saturday and we will be back!
My wife and daughter received as a Christmas present, and Culinary by Hobby Hill did not disappoint! She was able to navigate many different allergies by different participants, and the cinnamon rolls were amazing! Thank you, and would highly recommend the classes!
My daughter and I took the sushi class and really enjoyed it. We have taken other classes and feel that the classes are beginner friendly and Sharon does a great job making sure we are all included and the children are getting the hands on experience and information needed to be successful at home
My mom and I had such a great time at this cheese, pasta and sauce-making class! The instructor made everything easy to follow and fun, no matter your skill level. It was completely hands-on, and we learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch while picking up lots of helpful tips along the way.
The atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and full of laughs. It was the perfect mix of learning something new and enjoying a fun night out. The best part was getting to sit down and enjoy the delicious pasta we made ourselves.
Whether you're an experienced cook or have never made pasta before, I highly recommend this class. We left with full stomachs, new skills, and a new appreciation for homemade pasta. Can't wait to do it again!
My sister-in-law and I have taken so many classes and have enjoyed each one. We both eat gluten free and it is so nice to make some dough bread we can eat.
The mozzarella class was wonderful and being able to make our own to take home and eat was fabulous.
Learning to make ricotta was just as interesting and knowing I am making cheese without lots of chemicals is the chef’s kiss.
Simple recipes that are delicious and taught us techniques I wouldn’t have been able to figure out by myself. I appreciate knowing how food is made and like the hands on approach Sharon teaches us.
Sharon is a wealth of knowledge and is meticulous in demonstrating and allowing to to do it ourselves.
I’m going to be taking more and more classes.
Improve? No way!!!
Excellent products. Excellent service. Those pretzels..maybe improve with more flavors but that would be it as I love the butter salt variety above all!!!
Hi Linda - Thank you for the review. So happy you love the pretzels and we do have so many options. Butter is my go to because it can be dipped into anything :)
