This was a wonderful class. Learned some new techniques and the scones and biscotti were delicious!

Sharon made the process of making cheese fun and easy. She also taught some tips on what to do if things don’t go as planned. The cheeses were absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to make more. The folks in the class were also a nice group to learn with.
