In Perfección de Puerto Rico, you and your partner will work side-by-side to create a delicious island-inspired menu from scratch while learning techniques you can confidently recreate at home.
You’ll prepare a rich and comforting Pastelón, layered with sweet plantains and savory filling, often described as Puerto Rico’s answer to lasagna.
Next, you’ll bake Quesitos, flaky pastries filled with sweet cream cheese and finished with a delicate glaze.
To complete the experience, you’ll shake and garnish a refreshing Piña Colada, bringing the perfect tropical finish to the evening.
