While our cheese is draining Sharon will guide you through the entire process of making tortilla's from the mixing to the frying and then we will make our Queso Fundido using Chorizo sausage where we will all join at the end to enjoy the fruits of our labor.You will discover the key ingredients and techniques needed to achieve the perfect texture and flavors.
