Mozzarella & Ricotta Cheesemaking - Virtual Training

Mozzarella is a universal cheese that is perfect alone, delicious with tomatoes, basil and balsamic but I love Mozzarella melted on our pasta dishes. Mozzarella and Ricotta Cheese making classes are so POPULAR that we teach these classes multiple times a week.
Have you ever wished you could make Mozzarella?  I can teach you how to make fresh mozzarella in under 30 minutes.  If you love cheese then this is your class.
This class includes a starter kit that contains the following:
1 yard of Butter Muslin Cheese Cloth
Small starter packet of Cheese Salt and Citric Acid
2 Vegetable Rennet Tablets
No time for class then check out our Cheesemaking Kits.
