Sharon and Hobby Hill Farm are amazing!!! I took this online culinary classes and it did not disappoint. Sharon made following the instructions easy and the end product was absolutely delicious!! Sharon is an expert in her craft and any time you get the opportunity to take one of her classes or get your hands on something made by Hobby Hill Farm, you absolutely should.

I’ve always wanted to know how to make eclairs and profiteroles! They came out wonderfully and the chocolate icing was the perfect recipe. Sharon does a great job and her jams and pretzels are delicious, too. I’ve been to 2 of her classes and look forward to more.

Great for grandma and granddaughter memory making!
Thanks so much Sharon for allowing me to bring my preteen granddaughter to the Artisan bread class. We had so much fun. Your clear and repetitive instructions made the process so easy for us. Your energy and added ideas and suggestions were a bonus. She learned so much and baked her own with pride and self confidence. She asked if we could take another class on her next visit.

Making cheese is so easy. Who knew? Scratch pizza is the best. No more frozen cardboard pizza for us! Her secret sauce is wonderful. May have to break in to find recipe! Highly recommend.
