As usual Sharon had the class well organized so we were able to make 2 dozen + pepperoni rolls from start to finish. Definitely will make these again at home after we finish the ones in the freezer.
Fun way to learn about making some delicious cheese. Sharon is very knowledgeable and makes the class fun. Highly recommend her classes.

This class was all that I hoped for. Sharon made it very enjoyable and explained each step thoroughly. After sampling fresh baked bread during the class we were able to bring home two small Sourdough loaves that we made, one mix ready to bake, a container of starter and How To Do instructions. Can't wait until my next class. 😀

I had tried making macarons several times on my own and never could get the cute “feet”. Sharon made it easy to follow and succeed. I made the most professional looking macarons and had fun while doing it. Sharon has a gift for teaching and obviously loves what she does!

I love baking but have been intimidated by macarons for a long time. The teacher was very helpful in explaining each step and guiding me through the process. I’m quite pleased with the result and just pulled a batch of macarons out of my oven at home!
