Mozzarella & Pizza Making Class
Mozzarella & Pizza Making Class - Thurs 08/13/26 6pm is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
There's a moment in this class where you pull a warm ball of fresh mozzarella out of the pot, stretch it between your hands, and realize you just made real cheese — start to finish, in your own two hands. That's the moment people come back for.
We start with pizza dough. You'll mix it from scratch and let it rest while we move into cheese making, so by the time your dough is ready, so are you. Mozzarella is one of the most approachable cheeses to learn because it comes together fast — no aging, no special equipment, just curds, hot water, and a little technique. You'll heat and stretch the curds yourself (this is the part everyone films for Instagram), shape it into a ball, and set it aside to cool while we turn to the fun part: building your pizza.
Every student rolls out their own dough, builds their own pie with the toppings provided, and bakes it start to finish. Then we sit down together and eat what we made — pizza topped with cheese you made with your own hands, about 30 minutes after it was still curds in a pot.
This class is genuinely beginner-friendly. If you've never worked with cheese or dough before, you're in the right place — we walk through every step together, and there's no wrong way to stretch mozzarella your first time (it's part of the fun). If you've taken a cheese class before and found it rushed or confusing, this one is built to actually make sense, at a pace real life allows.
You'll leave with a fresh ball of mozzarella you made yourself, a baked pizza in your stomach, and a technique you can genuinely repeat at home with nothing more than curds and a pot of hot water.
This is a per person fee. This class is so much more than making cheese — it's the kind of hands-on, real-life cooking win that makes the next thing you try in your own kitchen feel a little less intimidating.
