Gluten Free Sourdough Basics - an Introduction & Bake

Welcome to your introductory class on Gluten Free Sourdough.

What to expect:

  • Attendees will take home GF "starter" prepared by Hobby Hill
  • Attendees will enjoy freshly baked bread in the class and take home a loaf to bake.
  • Attendees will receive directions on how to bake their bed after the Bulk rise.
  • NO commercial yeast - just gf sourdough

What to bring: 

1 -  bring a 3qt container to mix your bread

2 - banneton to take your freshly mixed bread

3 - 1 qt glass jar to take freshly fed starter home.

This class is DAIRY-FREE & Egg Free

You will make your bread in store and take home to bake after the bread has risen. You can also cold ferment for several days.

Class lasts approximately 2-2.5 hours.  This is your session and we are here to guide you for as much time as you need in addition to being available to you after the in person class.
