Hands on class was fun and very helpful. I’m an experienced baker and had tried GF bread many times and failed. I took the sourdough class and have been hooked on making it since. Sharon, the instructor was pleasant to work with. She gave instructions, walked us through the process, answered questions, and continued to follow up with us even after the class. I HIGHLY recommend. I will be going back for more lessons.
