Great time. Delicious cinnamon buns!
We got to make our own batch of cinnamon buns, and taste some pre-made with different flours for comparison. Quite a sugar buzz. It was busy and took the full 2 hours - glad the class was only 6 people; with more it would have been nuts. Fun class with goodies to take home.

Anyone who has chosen a GF path knows that there are challenges which can add to the time allotted in a class. We love smaller classes on the GF classes for just these reasons. ~sharon

Thank you Nancy. I am so glad we had a chance to catch up on why you provided a 2 star review. Please know anytime you are in our class that there are additional options. Cinnamon Buns are typically served with Cream Cheese Icings but if I had known you preferred Vanilla Buttercream then I would have been happy to assist with making that change. As for texture -this is based on the temperature and agitation of the yeast and the amount of time for proofing. Our recipe is tried and true with each of the 3 brands we had as options. It was so much fun learning how to make the Buche De Noel cake!! Sharon was so helpful showing us how to roll the cake. Fun class, yummy cake!!

I took my first class recently where we as a class made 3 different soups. Each as warming and delightful as the next! I couldn’t believe that Sharon had everything already cut and ready for us to cook. Our own Sous chef! She paired me beside someone who helped guide me thru and she constantly supported me throughout the night. I loved the people , the food and the awesome atmosphere . I can’t wait to take more ! I told Sharon I was especially wanting to take a pasta class. But they all look scrumptious . Thank you for a fun and tasty evening. Mr picky, my husband , ate all three containers I bought home (unfortunately for me)… leaving me less!

Thank you for the review Theresa. It certainly was a pleasure meeting you and you were stationed next to Sally who is a Dream. Sally has been to many of our classes and she has the routine down pat of being ready to go when you get to our faciliity. As you can tell we like to pack our classes with all the delicious items!
