Having just moved to Powhatan from Fairfax, I was searching to reinvite myself. I found it. I was thrilled to find Hobby Hill Farms and their offerings of specialty food cooking classes. Sharon is a very personable and patient instructor. Making the Pate' Choux pastry takes my love of baking to a new level. Since the class, I made savory puffs with chicken salad for a baby shower.
