Gluten Free Sourdough Basics - an Introduction & Bake

Welcome to your introductory class on Gluten Free Sourdough.

What to expect:

  • Attendees will take home GF "starter" prepared by Hobby Hill
  • Attendees will enjoy freshly baked bread in the class and take home a loaf to bake.
  • Attendees will receive directions on how to bake their bed after the Bulk rise.

What to bring: Attendees should bring a 3qt container or banneton to take your freshly mixed bread and a 1 at glass jar to take freshly fed starter home.

 

This class is DAIRY-FREE & Egg Free

Incredible class and bread!

Hands on class was fun and very helpful. I’m an experienced baker and had tried GF bread many times and failed. I learned key techniques and gained an incredible recipie and method that produces amazing bread. I’m so so so glad I took the class, will pay dividends with my GF baking for many years. THANK YOU.
