Gluten Free - Eclairs & Profiteroles - French Pastries
This was my first cooking class at Hobby Hill (actually first class ever). Very well organized and I really enjoyed it. Sharon made the class easy to follow. The cream puffs and eclairs were delicious with plenty to take home to share. I will definitely be back for another class!

We had so much fun learning how to make breads with Sharon! She was very organized and entertaining throughout the class. Preparing, baking and tasting while there was fantastic and then we got to take our dough home and enjoy and share the delicious breads with family!

I took this class because I love cinnamon rolls and thought it would fun to give making them a try. Not only were they delicious, but the class was also fun. I learned a lot of tips about baking in general and walked away with a new found confidence to make more things from scratch. After making these, I will never go to Cinnabon again!
I couldn’t believe I actually made these beautiful delicious eclairs and cream puffs!! Sharon is an excellent teacher. They didn’t last long once I got home!! This won’t be my last class!!
Fun environment! I learned the it doesn’t take two seconds to make a croissant. Has been on my bucket list for years and I am so glad I did it. Bought all the ingredients to keep this up at home! Highly recommend 💕
