Cheese makers know that you have to have all the "tools" at the ready when making cheese. I teach cheese making and we use Butter Muslin to drain our Mozzarella, our Cream Cheese and even Yogurt for that classic Greek consistency. This package contains 2 yards of 100% cotton, 90 thread per inch, reusable Butter Muslin

USAGE: Is used for the draining of soft cheeses. Rinse first and boil in water to remove any air born particles. TO CLEAN: Rinse first in cold water after use to remove all cheese particles then boil in water and baking soda. Can wash with an unscented detergent, may be boiled to sterilize.
