We start by making your crust in a baking dish provided by Hobby Hill Farm and then we will prepare a savory egg custard laced with Bacon and Gruyere Cheese or Lump Crab & Monterey Jack in a crisp pastry crust.
We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make
