Creme Brulee has its roots traced back to France and to England.  The French has mastered this dessert and now the allure of crème brûlée lies in the contrast between the smooth, creamy custard and the crisp, caramelized sugar layer on top.

In this class EACH person will make their very own batch of Creme Brulee in the original or in as Lemon Creme option. We will make our very own batch of Lemon Curd while our Creme Brulee is baking.

Please bring a cooler to take your creme Brulee home with you. After the Creme Brulee is cooled you will need to "torch" the caramelized sugar.

We provide the disposable baking containers and all ingredients.  You should have your own torch.

Class will run approximately 2.5 hours.
