I took my German friends visiting to the artisan bread class. We had a blast. Sharon was very well prepared and offered a number of alternatives. Will take another class in the future.
Thank you Ute for the review. So glad you enjoyed the class. We love all classes where you have something edible by the end. Bread happens to be in my top 5 especially with a butter or Jam. I loved hosting your friends from Germany. I spoke with another customer with 'German Roots' and we are going to bake here with some of those wonderful tasting foods you had access to. I will keep you updated. Thank you~Sharon
Reading the original info I had no idea we would come home with so much bread. I have made 2 loaves (which I gave as gifts). I still have 2 loaves in the freezer and the package of crusty bread still to make. Plan to use some as Christmas gifts. Sharon made it fun and was so encouraging to all the “students”.
Would definitely recommend.
Thank you Marilyn for recommendation! we are so happy you enjoyed the class and you had LOTS of Bread. I don't think thats a bad thing since you can freeze some or share some! Keep me updated on your journey. ~sharon
Loved the class and LOVE the bread. So easy to make.
The class was fun and Sharon was a great teacher. I have made at home several times and still her her showing me the way. Would recommend these classes to anyone since I have been to 3 classes now.
Thank you Steven. So enjoyed our time in class. See you soon~sharon
Great time making bread, picking up pointers on how to perfect this fairly easy bread recipe. Enjoyed the group of participants as well.
Thank you so much for the review Martha. So glad to hear that you enjoyed the class. This bread recipe is our go to but if you would like to change things up we have 5 other Artisan Bread classes. ~sharon
Fun environment! I learned the it doesn’t take two seconds to make a croissant. Has been on my bucket list for years and I am so glad I did it. Bought all the ingredients to keep this up at home! Highly recommend 💕
Thank you for the honest review Amalia. Life would be so easy with a laminating machine but everyday bakers won't have one so we have to go old school. So glad you enjoyed the class and look forward to hosting you again. ~sharon

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at the Very Dairy-Soft Cheese Making Class! Sharon made the learning process so fun and easy--- we made cultured dairy products, from buttermilk and sour cream to yogurt and cream cheese. We really like the quark, a German-style cream cheese. Since returning home, we have made buttermilk biscuits, sour cream coffee cake, smoothies and more! We are eager to take a future class.
Thank you Pam for the review. So happy to host you and your daughter. I love cheese and I love the fact that it can be easy once your have worked with cultures. Don't be afraid to step out of the comfort zone now that you had the intro class. Keep me updated on the different cheese you are making. ~sharon
