Just took another fun and interesting class with Sharon. It’s always interesting and surprising to learn what makes up food. It is so easy and quick to make these condiments. And the best thing is being able to control the added sugar and salt.
I’ve taken several classes from Sharon and each one has been fun, interesting foods to learn the process. You come away wanting another class. I have signed up for a couple more and am really looking forward to them.

Fantastic sourdough class. Clear instruction, super knowledgeable teacher, and tons of practical tips I could use immediately. I walked in unsure of some aspects and walked out more confident — and my bread has never looked better. Highly recommend. Thank you Sharon!
I met my friend that I hadn’t seen for 30 years at this cheese class for a reunion! We had the best time seeing each other again and making cheese together. I took my cheese home and made ziti for the family it was so fresh. Used both cheeses. Had some mozzarella left over to serve on tomatoes with our new balsamic reduction recipe! Thanks Sharon! Class is always fabulous and tasty, especially when you serve us your special pretzels for a snack.

We loved making hot fresh cinnamon buns! My husband and I both took the class so we had a double batch! We dropped half of our buns off to the hard working nurses at my mom’s nursing home. What a treat!
What can I say? I've lost count of how many classes I've taken with Sharon. I already considered myself a decent cook/baker. Over the past few years Sharon has not only elevated my skill level and knowledge, she has opened doors to new cultures and taught us recipes and techniques that I thought were out of reach. Do yourself a favor and book a class with her! I promise you'll get more out of it than just a seriously happy belly 😋
