Artisan Bread Making

Sat 05/21 6pm
Artisan Bread is my all time favorite class to teach.  We will show you the tricks and secrets to making a bread that is full of air holes and crusty top. In reality, not all bread making is equal.  In our 2 hour class you will mix and bake bread using 4 ingredients. There is nothing special to buy as we will just use ingredients you already have at home. We can literally make this bread in minutes without kneading.
An activity kit is provided which includes a bread vessel and two (2) bread mixes.  Please bring an appetite, apron and another container to take your freshly baked Artisan Bread home in.
Notes:  Please make sure you include your email and cell phone for text messaging.  We will confirm your class the day of or day before to provide physical directions and updates.

What a great event!

This class was amazing and informative. We learned so much in a very comfortable environment. Sharon is a patient and accommodating instructor who makes you feel like you are cooking at home with family. I definitely recommend this entertaining and instructive experience. When you leave, you not only take home what you made, but you have everything necessary to repeat what you learned at your own home. Take this and gain a skill for life!

Thank you Tracy we thoroughly enjoyed hosting you and your family. Keep up those wonderful breads and cheese. ~sharon
