Join us for a relaxed, hands-on Italian cooking experience centered on indulgent comfort food and time well spent together. In this class, you’ll slow down, cook side by side, and enjoy the process of making three classic Italian favorites completely from scratch.
Together, we’ll prepare crispy cannoli shells filled with sweet ricotta and finished with pistachios or chocolate chips, fluffy zeppoles dusted in powdered sugar, and manicotti pasta stuffed with a delicate ricotta blend and baked in marinara. The focus is on technique you can trust, flavors that feel celebratory, and an afternoon that’s meant to be enjoyed — not rushed.
