Afternoon Tea is a tea-related ritual, introduced in Britain in the early 1840s. It evolved as a mini meal to stem the hunger and anticipation of an evening meal at 8pm.
Afternoon Tea at Hobby Hill is a meal composed of sandwiches (usually cut delicately into 'fingers'), scones with clotted cream and jam, sweet pastries and cakes. Pick your Tea and lets enjoy a relaxing meal. Seating's available for 2, 4 or 6. If you would like to meet someone new than we will be happy to make a connection.

this is an excellent class, well worth the cost. it is fun, yummy and carefully curated. the topic is expanded through interactive discussion to expand upon given recipes.
My daughter and I had another great class learning techniques to decorate sugar cookies with royal icing. We can't wait to use our skills on our Christmas cookies. Highly recommend taking a class!
