Welcome to your introductory class on Gluten Free Sourdough.

What to expect: Attendees will take home GF "starter" prepared by Hobby Hill

  • Attendees will enjoy freshly baked bread in the class.
  • Attendees will take home a lame (razor) to cut your bread

What to bring: Attendees should bring a 3qt container or banneton to take your freshly mixed bread and a 1 at glass jar to take freshly fed starter home.

Attendees will receive directions on how to bake their bed after the Bulk rise.
