The Plan:

Make Royal Icing from start to finish with our recipe. Color your own icing.

Decorate your own package of 9 freshly baked Vanilla Flavored Sugar Cookies in multiple themes.

What should you bring:

Bring a container for you to take your freshly decorated cookies. Bring several containers so that you can have room for the cookies to dry and you can easily handle without bumping into a cookie when placing into the container.

Have you ever used a scribe or an air brush? Have you ever wondered how to get consistent lettering on your cookies? Proper way to dry and store your cookies?

How long does icing last? Should I refrigerate? We answer these questions and so much more in our in-store classroom.

This class will have mix icing with stand mixer and then mix your colors and bag. You will spend the majority of the 2 hour time frame seated to decorate your cookies.

We will be serving Coffee, Tea, Cocoa and some light refreshments during the class.

Delicious GF bread hot out of the oven!

I have always been intimidated about trying to make my own gluten free bread. There were so many flours and I worried that I would just end with a bland hockey puck. Then I found Culinary by Hobby Hill. I LOVE the way Sharon has figured out how to cover all facets of the gf sourdough making process in a single class - starting with trying the final product to get you excited about how delicious you own bread will be! I loved getting to practice each stage of the process even though it would normally happen over nearly a 24 hour period! I went away confident in next steps and made another loaf from start to finish a couple days later. Sharon has such a passion for what she does. It is infectious and I can't thank her enough for making herself available after the class for questions and encouragement as we sent pix of our first loaves! After twelve years of being gluten free I finally have fresh out of the oven, delicious bread. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back for your other gf classes!!
