Discover our Sourdough Baguettes and Fall Soup duJour. This soup is not your average "soup of the day", it is a unique creation that will tantalize your taste buds.
During the class, you will learn how to make your own Baguette dough, which will rise for 12-18 hours and then be cooked in a dutch oven or crock at your home. The tangy, chewy baguettes pair perfectly with the delicious vegetarian soup - Butternut Squash with Sage & Parmesan.
We will use freshly made Hobby Hill baguette dough to shape and bake and then make our soups from scratch using only high-quality ingredients. Each baguette will complement your bowl of soup perfectly.
What to expect: Attendees will enjoy freshly baked Baguettes during the class, take home a batch of freshly made soup, dough to make at home, and directions for both products.
What to bring: Containers to take home Soup, a stainless steel or glass bowl to take home fresh made Sourdough Baguette Dough. Your Sourdough Starter (100 grams)
