Sharon and her team at Hobby Hill Farm provided our team of six with a fabulous experience. We made mozzarella and focaccia and turned it into a beautiful lunch together. We laughed, we learned, we shared, we assisted each other, we encouraged one another, and we had fun being together. Sharon is an engaging teacher who knows how to lead her team. We were taken care of at every turn yet we were enabled to use our own creativity, gifts, and talents under Sharon’s direction. We are grateful for Sharon and her team. They provided us with a fantastic team event.
Sharon made the process of making cheese fun and easy. She also taught some tips on what to do if things don’t go as planned. The cheeses were absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to make more. The folks in the class were also a nice group to learn with.
This is my second class and it won’t be my last. Sharon makes the learning experience so fun! Her uplifting and positive attitude makes everyone feel as if there is nothing they can’t do in the kitchen.
The cheese was so delicious!
I enjoyed making cheese with my son and his girlfriend. It was a neat way to spend time together and the cheese we made was good. I also came away with detailed instructions and some supplies so I can make it on my own if I choose to. I like learning new skills, especially delicious ones!
Hey Jersey! Sorry I couldn't have stayed longer to help clean up. Looking forward to another class in the future.

Sharon’s classes are always great
Hobby Hill was easy to work with. Thanks for everything.
Thank you for the review Steven! So glad you received and feel free to share what you are making as we love all types of Cheeses.
Once again, Sharon did not disappoint. My friend and I attended this class and I learned a lot about canning. The fritters were delicious and baked not fried, which was great!
We had fun as a group and Sharon expertly handled the varying paces of the participants.
This is my second class and I will definitely be back.
Hi Jay! Thank you so much for your kind words and for attending our class. Loved meeting Crystal for her first visit. We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed the apple fritters and learned some new tips for canning. We hope to see you again soon for another fun and delicious class! 😊 ~sharon
What a pleasure it was meeting and learning from Sharon. She is patient, provides clear explanations, with enthusiasm and kindness, all in a supportive learning environment. Fun, and I look forward to becoming an expert!
I have always been intimidated about trying to make my own gluten free bread. There were so many flours and I worried that I would just end with a bland hockey puck. Then I found Culinary by Hobby Hill. I LOVE the way Sharon has figured out how to cover all facets of the gf sourdough making process in a single class - starting with trying the final product to get you excited about how delicious you own bread will be! I loved getting to practice each stage of the process even though it would normally happen over nearly a 24 hour period! I went away confident in next steps and made another loaf from start to finish a couple days later. Sharon has such a passion for what she does. It is infectious and I can't thank her enough for making herself available after the class for questions and encouragement as we sent pix of our first loaves! After twelve years of being gluten free I finally have fresh out of the oven, delicious bread. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back for your other gf classes!!
