Here's what you'll make:
- Paneer — You'll learn how to curdle the milk, press it, and shape it into perfectly textured cubes. This is the foundation of so many Indian dishes, and once you know how to make it, you'll wonder why you ever bought it from the store.
- Paneer Butter Masala — A rich, aromatic sauce built from spices you'll actually understand how to use. Cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric. This flavor profile is like a party in your mouth.
