Just like all the classes I have taken at hobby hill, this class was excellent!!
If you think you’re just making bread in this class, you’re in for a pleasant surprise. You learn so much about nutrition as well as the healthy ingredients that are used. The class is so much fun and Sharon is an EXCELLENT teacher. I’m looking forward to the cinnamon bun class this weekend!

My sister and I had a great time. Leader was awesome, food was great and everybody there were so nice ! We pick another class and do it again
I took the sourdough class and have been hooked on making it since. Sharon, the instructor was pleasant to work with. She gave instructions, walked us through the process, answered questions, and continued to follow up with us even after the class. I HIGHLY recommend. I will be going back for more lessons.

Great fun with “instructor” chef. Worth every $ and delicious cinnamon buns brought home to cook.
Sharon did a great job instructing and teaching us about gluten sourdough bread. She took us from starter to a beautiful loaf of delicious bread.
I learned so much and was surprised it was so easy. I will be taking more classes from Sharon.
