Trying to Adult Italian Night

Mozzarella is a universal cheese that is perfect alone, delicious with tomatoes, basil and balsamic or as a topping to Pizza. I love Mozzarella melted over zita pasta with Meatballs. Mozzarella Cheese making classes are so POPULAR that we teach these classes multiple times a week.  Before we start the cheese making we will start our pizza dough from scratch allowing our dough to rise.  After our cheese is made then we will make, bake and enjoy our pizza.  I can't wait!!
