Deliciously festive and perfect for the holiday season, these Holiday Gingerbread Buns are sure to bring a smile to your face. Topped with the best icing for gingerbread buns, these tasty pastries are sure to be a hit!

In our classes you will make the dough that makes the buns. While your buns are rising I will teach you how to make homemade molasses cream cheese icing. When everything is said and done in this 2 hour class we will sit down and enjoy a bun that YOU made.  Please bring an apron and some containers that you can transport product home in.

Ginger All the Way!

What a fun class! Sharon led us through Gingerbread Bun 101 - making the difficult easy & delicious. All went home with a tray of eight buns ready to bake off or freeze & save for a special occasion. Sharon prepared a comprehensive instruction sheet which will enable you to replicate these treats. Class closed with a tasting & much to the dismay of my spouse I ate my entire bun. Couldn’t resist!
