Sharon always has a good in person class and her videos are great. She goes at a moderate speed on both classes and videos. I’ve taken several classes and am looking forward to taking more. It’s worth it to come from Fredericksburg.

Yummy and Fun

Sharon is a wonderful and patient teacher especially for inexperienced cooks.

Actually scones and biscottis are fun to make, don’t take a huge amount of time and the variety of food choices sweet and savory are many. Bring a friend and have some fun. Have a new skill to enjoy with your family and friends in the way of goodies you will make. My hubby loved eating the goodies.

Wonderful teacher & class!

I had a great time learning how to make sourdough with Sharon, who explained everything very clearly and set us up for success. She walked through every step of the way with us to help ensure our first loaves would turn out great. I ended up with a gorgeous, delicious sourdough boule I later baked at home, and I’m excited to continue my sourdough journey thanks to Sharon. Highly recommend this class.

Fun time!

My 11yo daughter and I attended the macaron class. I love how Sharon ensured the children were very hands on during the whole process. She did such a great job explaining everything from start to finish. She made it very easy to follow along and all the children did a great job. We have already signed up to try a different class!

Soooo good!

My husband and I attended the Cinn-sational Cinnamon Bun Class a few Saturdays ago. It was really enjoyable. The ingredients are all set up and ready to assemble and Sharon is incredibly knowledgeable and is a great teacher. We had the opportunity to try one before we left and brought the ones that we made home with us! I followed the directions on Sunday am and they came out great! So gooey and delicious! We will look forward to taking another class with Sharon in the future.
