I had a GREAT time making fresh mozzarella and pizza at Hobby Hill. Sharon is the BEST instructor. She has all the information, materials, and knowledge to help anyone succeed regardless of your experience. This was my third class at Hobby Hill with more in the future! I added a picture of my baked pizza with fresh mozzarella - Delicious!
This was a Christmas gift for my adult granddaughter, who loves to cook. I effortlessly placed my order and then printed out the gift certificate to give her on Christmas morning. She is looking forward to taking a class or two.
I had such a fun class learning how to make French Macarons. Sharon was a fantastic (and patient!!) teacher. The class was laid out perfectly with easy to follow instructions and we had plenty of time for questions. I've made 2 batches on my own and can't wait to continue with more. I will definitely be back for other classes.
