Mesophilic Culture

Used in making a variety of hard, moderate temperature loving cheeses including Cream Cheese, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Stilton, Edam, Gouda, Muenster, Blue, and Colby. Mesophilic can also be used to make uncooked Curd Cream Cheese.

Storage - Store packages in the Freezer. Shelf life - 2 years
