Welcome to Hobby Hill's exclusive culinary experience - an extraordinary class with an Italian Culinary Journey where Ricotta is Reimagined from Appetizer to Dessert Finale for those with special dietary concerns.

What to Expect:

We will start by making out very own batches of Ricotta using Lactose Free Milk.
Using our freshly made Ricotta we will jump into making a Whipped Ricotta Crostini for an appetizer. Then we will move into making a Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli for our Main and then we will make and bake our very own Blackberry Ricotta Cakes.

Who Should Attend:

This class is perfect for anyone that LOVES CHEESE and PASTA but has a hard time digesting lactose or products that include gluten. The bonus - Vegetarian.
What to Bring:
Please bring an Apron and an appetite.  We will make all 3 products and enjoy them together as a Team.  Bring an 8" box to take home your cake.
